Question: Does this bed Include mattresses. If not, what kind of mattresses are available and what typically do they cost.

This products does not include a mattress.  However, we do offer a wide selection of Hospital Bed Packages which do include a choice of both mattress and bed rails.  Many of these products are available for immideate shipment.
