Top Cover is a 4-way stretch nylon which reduces heat buildup and provides a low shear non-friction surface that is anti-microbial and waterproof.

Question:	is it water resistant and easy to clean
Answer:	The mattress covers are fluid resistant. They may be cleaned with a gentle antibacterial soap and warm water mixture on a rag and wiped clean.
